Our story

Upp was founded on the shared belief of friends seasoned in high-profile AI, data, and engineering projects in the EU and the USA. We realized that by combining our skills and cross-industry experience from startups and enterprises under one roof, we could offer a complete range of AI & data services.

We saw two big problems preventing companies from doing great things with data & AI: first, too many AI projects were failing to finish. Second, there was a huge gap in skills and not enough talent — it’s hard for companies to keep up with fast-evolving tech. Seeing this, we’ve set a clear objective: to give businesses the tools they need to stay ahead and make AI & ML projects more successful.

Davor Korman
Founder

Davor has been specializing in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI since 2017, with knowledge across 8 different sectors and work experience in corporate, freelance, and startup roles, including a Google-backed venture in New York. He has helped startups build 4 different SaaS products from the ground up and helped secure large funding rounds as an AI/ML team lead.

Marko Pavlović
Partner

Marko, a co-founder of Flow & Form, a prominent real estate technology consulting firm recognized by Deloitte, attained a successful exit through the company’s acquisition by a leading U.S. startup in workspace technology. Renowned for his sharp business acumen, he excels in bringing in and aligning exceptional individuals toward a common ambitious goal.
